1. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT BRIEF

Starting from a thesis, the project identified the potential to transform a training mask into an effective anti-smog mask. We took the winning idea from Polihub and Switch2Product to create the actual product and launch it on the market.

Idea generation based on research results, improvement of prototypes for ergonomics, and material studies, including smart fabrics and the use of TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane).

Industrial Product Engineering

Performance testing of components, design optimization to balance comfort and functionality, and product adaptation for cost-effective production.

4. PROJECT OUTPUTS

From breaking down initial problems, several design solutions were proposed that successfully converted technical limitations into structural innovation of the initial product.

Aesthetics

The product was meticulously crafted, from the elastic to the mechanical valve finishes. The distinctive aesthetics of the product became a differentiating element in the anti-smog mask market.

Business

The entire product management was handled internally, from go-to-market strategy to the business model.

Distribution

Distribution, logistics, and production were managed under our control and continue to operate under our supervision.
